Trigger Point Injections
A series of injections (typically 3-5 sites on each side) of a small amount of lidocaine into the muscles of the cervical paraspinal and trapezius muscles. This can be an effective way to treat muscle tightness/spasm and can be a highly effective way to immediately alleviate pain in the neck and shoulder region.
